SOLVED:

1. Approve the Procedure of payments of number of voting shares (shares) belonging to physical person or legal entity according to the financial instruments provided by part ten of article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About rating" which are applied.

2. To provide to department of methodology submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. After state registration of the decision by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to department of legal development promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

5. This decision becomes effective since January 1, 2026, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its official publication.
