About modification of the Procedure for purpose of pensions to some categories of persons
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for purpose of pensions to some categories of persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 14, 2016 No. 622 "Some questions of provision of pensions of separate categories of persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 75, Art. 2503; 2024, No. 69, the Art. 4139), the enclosed changes.

1. In Item 4-1:
In paragraph one of the word and figures "since January 1, 2024" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figures "since January 1, 2024";
2) in paragraph three of figure and the word "January 1, 2024." shall be replaced with words "dates of transition to payment terms of work of government employees on the basis of classification of positions in state body after approval and enforcement of the corresponding staff list (further - Date of Introduction of classification of positions)";
And figures "since January 1, 2024" shall be replaced with words 3) in the first offer of the paragraph of the fifth word "from Date of Introduction of classification of positions";
4) in paragraph six of figure and the word "January 1, 2024." shall be replaced with words "Dates of Introduction of classification of positions".
2. In the first offer of paragraph one of Item 4-2 figures and the words "January 1, 2024." shall be replaced with words "Dates of Introduction of classification of positions".
