Bring in the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 No. 499 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 50, Art. 1693; 2021, No. 63, the Art. 3976, No. 78, the Art. 4915), the enclosed changes.

State Items 48 and 49 in the following edition:
"48. The organizer of auction holds special sessions selling packets of lots on 25 lots according to bilateral agreements with the accomplishment term (the period of leave/selection of electrical energy) to three months and the amount told the initiator of auction by the legal entity specified in Item 50 of this Procedure, but no more than 400 MW/h of basic load of the entire period of leave/sale. In the specified special session the seller performs sale of electrical energy at the price which corresponds to the weighted market price of sale of electrical energy according to bilateral agreements (except the bilateral agreements signed within accomplishment of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on participants of the market of electrical energy for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the market of electrical energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 No. 483 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 49, of Art. 1658; 2020, No. 67, the Art. 2154), for the last three months, preceding month of holding the corresponding special session, taking into account discount of 30 percent.
49. The electric power producer on nuclear power plants for warlike situation in Ukraine in the presence of the address of the legal entity specified in Item 50 of this Procedure shall provide initiation and holding the auction in the form of special session selling packets of lots according to bilateral agreements on the conditions determined by Item 48 of this Procedure.".
