1. Establish for all customers (except for Gazprom public joint stock company) limiting minimum rate for service in transit gas transportation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus on system of bulk distribution lines of Gazprom Transgaz Belarus open joint stock company in the amount of 5,2749 of Belarusian ruble for 1000 CBM on 100 km (without the value added tax).
2. In case of application of the rates established with observance of Item 1 of this resolution the Gazprom Transgaz Belarus open joint stock company informs the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade on their level no later than 10 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract with the customer of services.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
