The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, Art. 3217; 2021, No. 78, the Art. 4933), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

1. To add Item 3 after the paragraph of the thirty seventh with the new paragraph of the following content:

"for the subjects of managing performing retail trade in premises of gas stations the medicines provided without recipe - person having the document on the higher education not below the initial level (short cycle) in "Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy" and without requirements to length of service on this specialty to which the subject of managing assigns obligations on ensuring functioning of the quality system of medicines within one area;".
