This Procedure determines the mechanism of application by Goseksportkontrol of the simplified procedure of consideration of documents on provision of permissions or the conclusions for implementation of the international transfers of goods in pursuance of international treaties of Ukraine (further - the international treaty).
2. Terms in this Procedure are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use" (further - the Law).
