About approval of the Procedure for estimation of condition of cyberprotection of information, electronic communication and information and communication systems, objects of critical infrastructure, objects of critical information infrastructure

According to part three of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for estimation of condition of cyberprotection of information, electronic communication and information and communication systems, objects of critical infrastructure, objects of critical information infrastructure which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 24, 2023 No. 257 "Some questions of carrying out substantive audit of information security on objects of critical infrastructure" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 36, the Art. 1911).
