About creation of consortium of institutes of support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of consolidation of efforts of state bodies, financial institutions, educational institutions and the international partners, increase in effectiveness and transparency of policy of support of entrepreneurship, being guided by Articles 66, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Form consortium of institutes of support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic in structure according to appendix 1.

2. Approve Regulations on consortium of institutes of support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

3. Determine the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic the secretariat of the above-stated consortium.

4. Determine that:

1) council of founders of the specified consortium creates the main directions and priorities of development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic, and its decisions in the field of support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship are obligatory for execution by members of consortium and state bodies;

2) state bodies shall render assistance to the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in implementation of actions, aimed at the development of small and medium entrepreneurship, and also provide priority interaction with it on the corresponding activities.

5. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to perform coordination of activities of members of consortium and monitoring of execution of its decisions;

2) to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.
