Some questions of registration and verification of the map of the taxpayer electronically with use of means of the Single state web portal of electronic services

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for registration and check of card of the taxpayer electronically with use of means of the Single state web portal of electronic services which is attached.

2. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation:

within four months from the date of entry into force of this resolution technical capability of electronic submission of accounting card of the physical person - the taxpayer which is the statement for registration in the State register of physical persons - taxpayers (further - the State register), the statement for modification of the State register and checks of card of the taxpayer electronically with the unique electronic identifier means of the Single state web portal of electronic services, in particular with use of mobile application of the Single state web portal of electronic services (Action);

within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution technical capability of electronic submission of the specified accounting card and the statement means of the Single state web portal of electronic services.

3. Provide to the State Tax Service:

within four months from the date of entry into force of this resolution technical capability of carrying out registration in the State register / modification of the State register according to accounting card and the statements provided by the paragraph the second Item 2 of this resolution, and design of the card of the taxpayer electronically with the unique electronic identifier;
