About approval of the Regulations on procedure for promulgation of prudential information by banks of Ukraine and banking groups

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 9, of 66, of 67, 69 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", Regulations of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 575/2013 of June 26, 2013 about prudential requirements for credit institutes and about modification of Regulations (EU) No. 648/2012 (with changes), for the purpose of disclosure of prudential information by banks and banking groups of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for promulgation of prudential information by banks of Ukraine and banking groups (further - the Provision) which is applied.

2. To banks of Ukraine:

1) to develop, approve and enter the intra bank documents regulating procedure for promulgation by bank of prudential information - till September 30, 2026 (inclusive);

2) to provide promulgation of the Report on disclosure of prudential information of bank according to requirements of the Provision since reporting date as of January 01, 2027.

3. To responsible persons of banking groups:

1) to develop, approve and enter the intra group documents regulating procedure for promulgation by banking group of prudential information - till June 30, 2027 (inclusive);
