1. The subitem "an" of Item 3 of Rules of alienation of federal property for the purpose of creation of conditions for investment attraction, the stimulation of development of the stock market, upgrade and technology development of economy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2024 No. 208 "About approval of Rules of alienation of federal property for the purpose of creation of conditions for investment attraction, stimulation of development of the stock market, upgrade and technology development of economy" (Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 10, Art. 1394), to state in the following edition:
"a) at the auction held in the form of auction by means of public offer (if the auction is recognized as cancelled) or at minimum admissible price (if sale by means of public offer did not take place) in the procedures similar to procedures, the established Federal Law "About Privatization of the State-owned and Municipal Property". On the list of participants the biddings can be open or closed (with establishment of qualification and (or) other requirements to potential buyers (if necessary). The purchase and sale agreement of federal property signed by results of the biddings (further - the purchase and sale agreement), shall contain the conditions providing obligations of the winning bidder to perform measures (action) for goal achievement, these rules specified in Item 1 (further - investment conditions), terms of accomplishment of investment conditions, and also effects of non-execution or improper execution of the purchase and sale agreement;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
