This standard of financial services and technologies (further – the standard) establishes general requirements to antifrod-systems and procedure for their application by the financial organizations when holding actions for counteraction to unauthorized payment transactions in the payment market of the Republic of Belarus.

This standard is held for use the financial organizations – participants of the payment market of the Republic of Belarus and the organizations – developers of antifrod-systems.
