I ORDER:

1. Make change to preamble of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of September 04, 2014 No. 905 "About approval of Requirements to the list and contents of documents for provision of the expert opinion on the level of emergency situation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 01, 2014 at No. 1193/25970, having replaced figures "17" with figures "17-1".

2. Bring in Requirements to the list and contents of the documents for provision of the expert opinion on the level of emergency situation approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of September 04, 2014 No. 905, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 01, 2014 at No. 1193/25970, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

in Item 1 of figure "17" to replace with figures "17-1";

in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word of "technogenic or natural nature and social emergency situations" to exclude;

2) in the Section II:

in paragraph seven of Item 1 of the word "territorial authorities of GSChS of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "according to requirements of the Procedure for the accounting of emergency situations and their effects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 09, 2013 No. 738";
