Approve the Procedure for appointment of the head on cyberprotection to position in the enclosed public authority.

Procedure for appointment of the head on cyberprotection to position in public authority

1. This Procedure determines appointment procedure of the head by cyberprotection to position in public authority which is the owner or the manager of information, electronic communication and information and communication systems in which the state information resources or the office information and information which is the state secret are processed (further - public authority), and is applied in the part which is not contradicting the Law of Ukraine "About public service".

The head on cyberprotection in public authority performs management, coordination and control concerning cyberprotection and information security of relevant organ of the government.
