Regulations on creation, liquidation and change of borders of gambling zones

1. This Provision regulates procedure for creation, liquidation and change of borders of gambling zones in the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. Drafts of decisions on creation (change of borders) of gambling zones are introduced to the Government of the Russian Federation by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in coordination with public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation in which territories creation (change of borders) of gambling zones is supposed.

3. The statement for creation (change of borders) of gambling zone with indication of the name, borders and other parameters of gambling zone is submitted in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which creation (change of borders) of gambling zone is supposed.

Offers on borders of the gambling zone including parts of the territories of several subjects of the Russian Federation are introduced based on the agreement signed between public authorities of appropriate subjects of the Russian Federation.
