1. Establish approximate forms:
the purchase and sale agreement of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them (except for wheel tractors and trail cars to them) according to appendix 1;
agreements of exchange of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them (except for wheel tractors and trail cars to them) according to appendix 2;
gift agreements of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them (except for wheel tractors and trail cars to them) according to appendix 3.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 22, 2023.
