According to Item 14 of General requirements to cyberprotection of the objects of critical infrastructure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 19, 2019 No. 518, Regulations on organizational and technical model of cyberprotection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1426, I ORDER:
1. Approve Requirements for cyberprotection of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure which are attached.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Department of Energy of Ukraine of December 15, 2022 No. 417 "About Requirements for cyber security of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 08, 2023 at No. 249/39305.
3. To provide to management of cyber security and digital development submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalization of ANDARAKA Roman.
