1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – changes and amendments).
2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing, except for:
1) paragraphs of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth Item 2, Item 3 and paragraphs of the tenth and eleventh item 4 of changes and amendments which become effective since April 28, 2025;
