About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Social Protection of Children Without Parental Support"

Article 1. No. ZR-411 "About social protection of children without parental support" (further - the Law) after the words "about persons" to add article 1 of the Law of September 24, 2002 with words ", and in the cases established by parts 5 and 6 of article 7 of this law, also before the end of training".

Article 2. In article 2 of the Law:

To add 1) in parts 1 and 2 after the words "or are unknown" with the words "are detained or imprisoned if the decision on conditional early release from serving sentence is not made yet";

To add 2) after part 2 with new part of the following content:

"Person belonging to number of children without parental support which received care in organization of social protection of the population (orphanage) also was issued in connection with achievement of 18-year age, and also person, issued in connection with achievement of 19-year age which did not exercise the right to obligatory average or primary (professional) professional or secondary professional education within twelve years earlier, are considered as graduates of orphanage.".

Article 3. "The civil code of the Republic of Armenia" to add article 3 of the law after words with words "The family code of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 4. Regarding 1 article 4 of the Law:

Item 1 after words "the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia" to add 1) with words "The family code of the Republic of Armenia";
