About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 560 and of October 14, 2022 No. 1160
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 560 "About approval of the Approval procedure of construction projects and conducting their examination and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 41, Art. 1674; 2017, No. 49, Art. 1524; 2019, No. 17, Art. 570; 2020, No. 71, Art. 2266; 2021, No. 55, Art. 3401; 2022, No. 91, the Art. 5651) and of October 14, 2022 No. 1160 "About approval of the Procedure for development, implementation of examination and application of projects of reuse in construction and introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 560 and of May 23, 2011 No. 554" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 83, the Art. 5108) changes which are applied.
2. To provide to the ministry of development of communities and territories within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution technical implementation of the changes approved by this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 4 Items of 1 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since September 1, 2025.
