Based on the item l) h (1) Art. 9 of the Law No. 164/2025 on the electric power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, No. 437-440, the Art. 598) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Methodology of calculation, approval and use of regulated prices for electrical supply by the guaranteeing supplier and supplier of universal service it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 65/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 77-83 the Art. 375,) registered in the Ministry of Justice on February 28, 2018 at No. 1304.
3. To impose control of observance of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
