About approval of the Regulations on procedure for documents acceptance on registration, personification and issue of the travel document of the refugee

According to article 15-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About refugees", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for documents acceptance on registration, personification and issue of the travel document of the refugee according to appendix.

2. Authorize public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on implementation of personification of the travel document of the refugee.

3. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of its official publication.
