Bring in the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 No. 499 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 50, Art. 1693; 2021, No. 63, the Art. 3976), the enclosed changes.

"50. For warlike situation in Ukraine in special sessions selling packets of lots according to bilateral agreements the legal entity formed as joint-stock company which 100 percent of shares in the authorized capital is in state-owned property which is licensee of economic activity on transfer of electrical energy which acquires electrical energy for the purpose of compensation of technological expenses of electrical energy on its transfer by power networks according to the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" participates.".
