About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in connection with reorganization of the state company of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine "The state operator of the back"
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changes in connection with reorganization of the state company of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine "The state operator of the back" which are applied.
2. To the Ministry of Defence after completion of reorganization of the state company of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine "The state operator of the back":
within six months to provide carrying out the analysis of approaches to covering of expenses on content of service of the state customer;
not later than in twelve months to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals on entering of corresponding changes into legal and other regulatory legal acts by results of carrying out the analysis.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
