About application of regulations of general running and general production costs, target profit

Based on paragraph two of subitem 5.34-3 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973, the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of determination of estimated cost of construction of facilities:

regulations of general running and general production costs, target profit are applied proceeding from work types according to appendix 1;

in case of reconstruction and upgrade (except for objects of housing stock) to regulations of general running and general production costs, 1, 1,1 coefficient is applied by the installed application;

in case of running repair to regulations of target profit, 1, 1,115 coefficient is applied by the installed application;

1.2. the regulations of general running and general production costs established by appendix 1, consider costs of the contractor according to the list according to appendix 2, except for of costs according to the list according to appendix 3;

1.3. the regulations of target profit established by appendix 1, consider expenses on replenishment of own current assets, funds for consumption and the income tax.
