About transit of the international vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan and creation of border international automobile terminals

For the purpose of implementation of the ratified international conventions and agreements in the field of the international motor transportations, rational use of automobile highways, exit of the Republic of Tajikistan from the communication deadlock and protection of the domestic market of transport services, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List of routes of transit of the international vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan (Appendices 1).

2. Create in border regions on which transit of the international vehicles, border international automobile terminals (Appendices 2) is provided.

3. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan together with National warranty association of the international motor transportations of the Republic of Tajikistan ("ABBAT") in three-months time to develop Regulations on border terminals and Process charts by determination of routes of transit of the international vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan and having approved with the relevant ministries and departments to provide for approval to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. Creation and the organization of activities of border international and intermediate automobile terminals is performed in accordance with the established procedure by attraction of foreign and domestic investments.
