2. Approve Rules of appointment and the allowance payments to needy families having the children studying at comprehensive schools of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

3. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, the cities and the regions of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide timely allowance payment to pupils through financial structures of local executive bodies of the government at the expense of means of the local budgets intended for these purposes.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 30, 2001 No. 585 "About payment of money allowances (compensations) to needy families having the children studying at comprehensive schools of the Republic of Tajikistan".
