I ORDER:

1. Approve Requirements to format of registers of the created qualified certificates of open keys, and also data carriers and procedure for record on them the enclosed documents electronically.

2. Approve Changes in Regulations of work of the central certifying body approved by the order of the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine of February 28, 2024 No. 33, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 15, 2024 at No. 393/41738, which are applied.

3. To the administrator of information and communication system of the central certifying body - state to the DEYSTVIYE company:

To accept 1) on storage and to store documents electronically taking into account requirements of Item 3 of the Procedure for storage of documentary information and its transfer to the central certifying body in case of the termination of activities of the skilled supplier of electronic confidential services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 10, 2024 No. 1408;

2) to post this order on the official website of the central certifying body after the introduction it in force.
