1. Approve the Provision and structure of Central office of Service of the state breeding supervision (appendix 1 and 2).

2. Establish the extreme number of Service of the state breeding supervision in number of 17 units (without service personnel).

3. Permit Service of the state breeding supervision to have one deputy and to set limit of office cars in number of two units.

4. To perform financing of Service of the state breeding supervision at the expense of means of the republican budget.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2002 No. 156 "About approval of the Regulations on the State breeding inspection under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan".
