According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 23.10.2000 of N 1159, the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine" article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine" and for the purpose of realization of provisions of General rules which are applied to the memorandums of financing concluded between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission of the European Community 28.12.94, we ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for confirmation of privileges on exemption of the value added tax of transactions of taxpayers on delivery of goods and services which place of provision is on customs area of Ukraine which are performed for means of the European Union within projects implementation (programs) of technical assistance it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine to provide representation on state registration of this order in accordance with the established procedure to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. In ten-day time after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to State Tax Administration of Ukraine its replication and the direction to bodies of the State Tax Service of all levels.
