About national operators of telecommunications of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of strengthening of information sovereignty, sustainable development of telecommunication infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 1, 134 Digital codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine national operators of telecommunications of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) Aknet limited liability company;

2) Alpha Telecom private company;

3) Kyrgyztelekom open joint stock company;

4) Skye Mobayl limited liability company;

5) Elkat limited liability company.

2. National operators of telecommunications realize the actions specified in Item 2 of part 5 of article 134 of the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic within the funds allocated to state bodies from the republican budget for the corresponding years.

3. Approve the Operating procedure and interactions of national operators of telecommunications with subjects of legal relationship in the digital circle according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
