About approval of Provisional regulations for procedure and conditions of running an electronic auction on receipt of mineral right

For the purpose of exception of corruption risks when holding auctions on receipt of mineral right, in pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of reforming of mining industry of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 29, 2021 5, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. Approve Provisional regulations for procedure and conditions of running an electronic auction on receipt of mineral right according to appendix.

2. To the ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to realize pilot project on holding electronic auctions on receipt of mineral right (further - pilot project) in the period from the effective date this resolution till September 30, 2026;

2) on permanent basis to carry out monitoring and assessment of realization of pilot project;

3) by results of pilot project to introduce in accordance with the established procedure in Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic the project of the corresponding regulatory legal act.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
