1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering the state financial support for achievement of target indicators of heat-and-power engineeering.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2027 and is subject to official publication.

Rules of rendering the state financial support for achievement of target indicators of heat-and-power engineeering

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of rendering the state financial support (further - Rules) are developed for achievement of target indicators of heat-and-power engineeering according to the subitem 2) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About heat-and-power engineeering" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for rendering the state financial support for achievement of target indicators of heat-and-power engineeering.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) budget request - set of the documents provided according to the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
