About start of pilot projects on process of renewal of the state services to spheres of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population in pro-active format by means of use of the information and analytical system "Smart Data Ukimet"
According to article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" we ORDER:
1. Start pilot project on process of renewal of the state services to spheres of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population in pro-active format by means of use of the information and analytical system "Smart Data Ukimet".
2. Approve the list of the state services to the spheres of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population rendered within pilot project according to appendix 1 to this joint order.
3. Approve the Algorithm of interaction of state bodies and organizations in case of start of pilot projects for process of renewal to spheres of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population according to appendix 2 to this joint order.
4. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for provision of the state services:
1) to provide connection to the state service of access control to personal data (further - the KDP service) by means of application in "Smart Bridge";
2) when rendering services within pilot project to provide the consent of the subject of personal data or his legal representative by means of the KDP service according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection, on state registration of the rights (encumbrances) to real estate.
5. To development department of electronic health care of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
