1. Approve enclosed:

1) list of water objects of special state value;

2) the modes of economic activity on water objects of special state value.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2004 No. 59 "About approval of the List of water objects of special state value and features of legal regime of regulation of economic activity on water objects of special state value".

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
