1. Approve applied:

Procedure of control over the implementation of functions on management of objects of state-owned property;

criteria of determination of effective management of objects of state-owned property.

2. To the Ministry of Economics within three months to develop and approve methodical recommendations of use of criteria of determination of effective management of objects of state-owned property.

Procedure of control over the implementation of functions on management of objects of state-owned property

1. Control over the implementation of functions on management of objects of state-owned property is exercised by carrying out single monitoring of effective management of objects of state-owned property (further - monitoring), relatively:

efficiency evaluations of management;

indicators of financial and economic activities of subjects of managing;

conditions of accomplishment by subjects of managing of financial plans and their solvency;

respecting the rule of law concerning use and storage of state-owned property;

accomplishment by subjects of management of obligations according to the legislation.
