About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 25, 2025 No. 392 "About approval of conditions of production, production and technological operations"
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 25, 2025 No. 392 "About approval of conditions of production, production and technological operations" the following changes and amendments:
add Item 1 with the subitem 15) of the following content:
"15) conditions of production, production and technological productions of medicines of transactions of veterinary appointment according to appendix 15 to this order.";
conditions of production, production and technological transactions of the woodworking industry, approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix 1 to this order;
conditions of production, production and technological transactions of the furniture industry, approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix 2 to this order;
conditions of production, production and technological transactions of construction industry, approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix 3 to this order;
conditions of production, production and technological transactions of paper products, approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix 4 to this order;
conditions of production, production and technological transactions of light industry, approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix 5 to this order;
conditions of production, production and technological transactions of the oil and gas processing industry, approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix 6 to this order;
conditions of production, production and the technological conversions of livestock products of transactions approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix 7 to this order;
conditions of production, production and the technological conversions of crop products of transactions approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix 8 to this order;
add with appendix 15 in edition according to appendix 9 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
