About questions of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of the organizational and legal basis of the state boundary policy and public administration in the field of protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Articles 66, 70 and 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the scheme of management of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that the serviceman of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic (except the military personnel of compulsory military service) for award of pension and calculation of percentage length-of-service allowance:

1) one month of service is estimated in one and a half months;

2) serving in the military units and divisions located at the height over 1800 meters above sea level and also in the military units, organizations and divisions which are constantly deployed in Batken Province, one month of service is estimated in two months.

3. Determine that the procedure for use of operational and tactical and strategic unmanned aerial vehicles of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic is determined by the separate decision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Determine that the realization of this Decree is enabled within the number of staff and means provided in the budget for the corresponding year for the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Determine that the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
