Some questions of the organization of provision of social services
(Extraction)

According to Item and part three of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About social services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 17 parts one of Article 1:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of provision of social services, maintaining case and determination of number of the social managers responsible for providing and maintaining case which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. Recommend to executive bodies rural, settlement, city, district in the cities (in case of their education) councils under the organization of provision of social services to be guided by the Procedure approved by this resolution.
