Based on article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 "About telecommunication" and subitem 2.8 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 240 "About payment for use of radio-frequency range" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 45-Z

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of permissions when using radio-frequency range it (is applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the Instruction about procedure for determination of the amount of the annual, one-time payment and payment for allocation of radio-frequency range approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2006 No. 890:

in Item 10:

"10.4. for RES amateur and amateur satellite radio services the annual payment for use of strips of radio frequencies amateur and amateur satellite radio services constitutes 0,2 of the equivalent size of basic rent size for each used RES for each physical person having permission to the radio fan (Radio Amateur Licence) and permission to right to use of RChS.";
