About modification of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions and about procedure for confirmation of insurance years of service for purpose of pensions, approved by the Order of the Government No. 165/2017

Based on the Law No. 156/1998 on the state pension system (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions and on procedure for confirmation of insurance years of service for purpose of pensions approved by the Order of the Government No. 165/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 85-91, 235), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. Item 20-1 after the text "than before achievement of 23 years by them," to add with the words "and in case of persons with heavy restriction of opportunities since the childhood";

1.2. in Item 62 the text "except specified in Items 2), 3), 5) and 7)" to replace with the text "except provided in subitems 2), 3), 5), 7) and in the subitem 8) of Item 63";

1.3. 8) of Item 63 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"8) the period of participation of veterans of war in fighting which joins in insurance years of service, in triple size. During participation in fighting days of hospitalization and treatment for wounds and contusions, and also the stay period in captivity join.";

1.4. state Item 76-1 in the following edition:

"76-1. The period of participation of veterans of war in fighting, days of hospitalization and treatment for wounds and contusions, and also the stay period in captivity prove to be true:

1) the certificate of the veteran of war of the sample approved by the Order of the Government No. 182/2018 about certificates of veterans of war;

2) the reference issued by the territorial military administrative authorities subordinated to the Ministry of Defence.
