I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 26, 2025 No. 316 "About approval of professional standards in the field of the mining and metallurgical industry", the following amendments:

add Item 1 with subitems 4), 5), 6) and 7) of the following content:

"4) the professional standard "Casting on the Melted Models" according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) the professional standard "Casting under Pressure" according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) the professional standard "Cast Iron Production" according to appendix 6 to this order;

2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) within five calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Professional standard "Casting on the Melted Models"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Scope of the professional standard: the professional standard "Casting on the Melted Models" (further – the professional standard) is developed according to Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About professional qualifications" for the purpose of personnel training at the companies, recognitions of professional qualification of workers and graduates of the organizations of education and solutions of wide range of tasks in the field of personnel management in the organizations and at the companies and is applied in the field of casting of metals.

2. In this professional standard the following terms and determinations are applied:

1) foundry model – model for education in casting mold of the print corresponding to configuration and the amount of casting;

2) casting of metals under pressure – method of production of castings by bystry press fitting of alloy under the high pressure (from 7 to 700 MPas) in compression mold;

3) the melted model – the one-time foundry model serving for formation of ceramic casting mold. Is removed from casting mold in the melted condition therefore it is produced from fusible material (paraffin, stearin, etc. substances) which melts in case of 50-60 °C;

4) casting on the melted models – the metal casting performed by filling of the casting mold made on the melted model;

5) molding on the melted model – molding on model in case of which formation of casting mold is performed by immersion of the melted foundry model in liquid binding mix with sprinkling by fire-resistant material and hardening;
