4. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

within 5 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to distribute between participants of foreign trade activity 90 percent of amount of beef concerning which the tariff privilege is provided, according to Rules for apportionment of amount of separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated concerning which the tariff privilege provided by the paragraph the sixth subitem 7.1.82 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" is provided, approved by this resolution;

within 6 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and to post on the official site of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the Internet data on the amounts of beef distributed according to the paragraph the second this Item between participants of foreign trade activity concerning which the tariff privilege is provided.
