About approval of the List of the air carriers falling under prohibition on operation or under operational restrictions for the territories of the Republic of Moldova

Based on items 4 and 5 Regulations on the ministerial procedures concerning application and publication of the list of the air carriers falling under prohibition on operation in the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 780/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, to Art. No. 309-320, 851), I ORDER:

This order shifts appendices A and B of Regulations of the Commission (EU) 474/2006 of the March 22, 2006 establishing the List of the air carriers of Community falling under the prohibition on operation in the territory of Community mentioned in the Section II of Regulations (EU) No. 2111/2005 of the European Parliament and Council, CELEX: 32006R0474, European Union published in the Official Magazine L 84 of March 23, 2006, with the last changes made by Implementation Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2025/2476 of December 8, 2025

1. Approve:

1.1. The list of the air carriers falling under prohibition on operation in the territory of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. The list of the air carriers falling under operational restrictions for the territories of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 2.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the director Organa of civil aviation.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister, minister of infrastructure and regional development No. 170/2025 on approval of the List of the air carriers falling under prohibition on operation or under operational restrictions for the territories of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 544-546, 951).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and voids for date of accession of the Republic.
