About approval of Functional and technical requirements to interfaces of the payment service providers rendering services in management of the account

Based on Art. 52-4 of h (7) the Law No. 114/2012 on payment services and electronic money (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 193-197, 661), with subsequent changes, and also item 65 of the Regulations about strict authentication of clients and the open, general and safe standard of communication between payment service providers approved by the Resolution of Executive committee No. 12/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, Art. No. 36-39, 90), the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve Functional and technical requirements (are applied) to interfaces of the payment service providers rendering services in management of the account.

2. To payment service providers, the provided Art. 5, h (1), the item a) - c) the Law No. 114/2012 on payment services and electronic money to provide compliance to requirements 4 and 5 of the table No. 3 of Functional and technical requirements to interfaces of the payment service providers rendering services in management of the account within 8 months from the effective date of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective in one month after date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
