About modification of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control
1. Make change to Item 6 of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on policy of the military and technical cooperation and export control approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 5, 2007 No. 180/2007 "About the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control" (with the following changes), having stated the paragraph the fourth in the following edition:
"Members of the commission are the representative of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on national security issues, defenses and investigations (from consent), the representative of Office of the President of Ukraine determined by the Head of Office of the President of Ukraine and also on position: the deputy Sekretarya of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the first deputy or the deputy minister of economy, the environment and agricultural industry of Ukraine, the Minister of Justice of Ukraine, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Chairman of Public service of export control of Ukraine, the first deputy or the vice-chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, Heads of the State space agency of Ukraine, Heads of the Security Service of Ukraine, Heads of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, the chief of Head department of investigation of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, and also the CEO of Ukrainian Defense Industry Joint-stock company (in consent).".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
