1. Liquidate Committee on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control in case of the President of Ukraine.
Assign to the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control ensuring implementation of decisions of Committee on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control in case of the President of Ukraine, accomplishment of obligations of this Committee, arisen during its activities.
2. Approve Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control it (is applied).
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.08.2014 No. 646/2014
Approve staff of the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control it (is applied).
4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to provide the decisions in a month and to provide reduction of decisions of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree.
