1. In the Item 8.1 "Regulations on State Registration of Motorized Vehicles and Their Trail Cars in Accordance with the Established Procedure and Their State Registration", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 39 approved by the Resolution of March 15, 1999.
