1. "About procedure for submission to the Eurasian economic commission of information about residents (participants, subjects) free (special, special) economic zones" to state paragraph two of the subitem "v" of Item 2 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 6, 2024 to No. 49 in the following edition:
"according to the technological documents regulating information exchange in case of realization by means of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union of general process "Forming, maintaining and use of the general register of residents (participants) free (special, special) economic zones" (further - general process), approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 8, 2025 No. 36 (for the state members which joined general process);".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
