1. Establish since April 1, 2026 export ban from the Russian Federation in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of cash of the Russian Federation physical persons in the amount exceeding equivalent of 100 thousand dollars of the USA and calculated on the official rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation established for date of export, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs regardless of the amount, except as specified, if export of such currency is performed through air check points through frontier of the Russian Federation at the international airports of the Russian Federation determined by the Government of the Russian Federation in the presence of bank statements which are certified according to the procedure, established by the credit institution which issued them, and confirm removal of currency of the Russian Federation from bank accounts (deposits) of the physical persons, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing export of such currency or other documents which list is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Establish since May 1, 2026 export ban from the Russian Federation physical persons, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the affined ingot gold in total weight more than 100 grams, except as specified, if:
